Growing up as an orphan in Old Sharlayan, Maxwell was closed up in himself, rough around the edges and generally bad with people.

That suddenly changed when he got taken in by the graces of Lady Ameliance Leveilleur in the form of the Old Sharlayan's Butler School. There, Maxwell learned the arts of communications, manners and much more.

Formerly working as a part of the Leveilleur personal staff, Max is now a part of NOVA, ready to sway the masses with charisma, mindfulness and style.

Mavis is on of Nova exclusive hosts who stops at nothing to help new guests feel part of the action so that they never feel like a face in the crowd.
